MapInfo Pro™ Monthly Journal - April Issue

MapInfo Pro™ Monthly Journal
April 2015 Volume 2, Issue 12
Be a Map Hero AND come out to see us on Tour!
tom I've got two major topics competing for the headline this month so I just decided to mention them both. First, Pitney Bowes Software is taking the show on the road to preview MapInfo Professional v12.5 and other exciting developments.

We've published a schedule of events where you can come see us and learn more. Second, we have just launched the MapHero contest! This contest gives users of MapInfo products (not just MapInfo Professional) to submit your maps in one of three categories. There are prizes.

Also in this issue, Karen Hansell returns with more information on the upcoming MapInfo User Conference in Memphis, Tennessee. The Query Ninja expands on the topic of sub-selecting, see a white paper on spatial precision, a link to the awesome MapBasic Integrated Development Environment, (developed by Mustafa ÖZÇETIN, a member of the MapInfo Community), and more!

As always, if you know others in your organisation who could benefit from this journal, please forward it on to them. If someone has forwarded this to you, there is a link to subscribe in the upper right corner!

Thanks and hope to see you on tour!
